Team Lead - General Insurance
One Direct is a wholly owned subsidiary of An Post based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Since our launch in 1999 we have grown from 10 employees to a workforce of over 120. We offer a competitive range of car and home insurances and life assurance.
A vacancy has arisen for a Team Lead to manage a team in General Insurance, Car and Home New Business. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of motivating team members to achieve challenging targets.
Experience Required:
• Candidates must hold either a qualified advisor qualification (QFA) with a bridging exam in General Insurance, a Certificate of Insurance Practice (CIP), or be grandfathered in General Insurance. No candidates will be accepted without one of the above up to date qualifications.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a telesales insurance environment with at least 2 years experience of managing employees.
The above vacancy is for a 6 month period to start in October 2010
